(Un)luckily the effect only works for netscape navigator. It is an often fround upon tag that can irritate rather than impress Here's the HTML we used <blink>like this</blink> That's it !! The simplest way is to recreate this to be seen in almost all browsers, is to use an animated .gif like this
You can download some from several sites (see our image links for some). Or try using animated .gif editor to make one yourself Essentially all you need is 2 gif panes, one completely blank and one with the text in it (make sure the background is the same or transparent in both) Alternatively the latest browsers can use some fancy JavaScript tricks to replicate or improve on the idea !!!
