Nothing on the Internet remains static, and we hope your site doesn't either. Hopefully it will grow and change as time goes by.

One of the simplest ways of updating your site is simply reload all of your prepared web folder back up as we've described before. All identically named files will be replaced and the new ones included.

Keep a record of the files you have in that folder. Your server should provide you with some way for you to access all the files to manually delete any that no longer apply

This is easy, and for most sites not that time consuming.

But you can if you want just upload or change individual files.

Check out our Uploading and FTP Tutorial for more details, but here's some hints if you've been using Web publishing Wizard.

Say your site is located at

http://www.yourserver.net/~yourname

and you have a new page called new.htm to add.

Use publish option or start web publishing wizard as described earlier and follow the on screen instructions. On the select file or folder screen get your file by using the browse files option (instead of the folder option) Then simply select your web server (or enter a new address if the file goes to into sub directory e.g. http://www.yourserver.net/~yourname/folderb/). Then follow through as before.

Remember to upload any new graphics used in the same fashion.
